BOBBY KENNEDY
By Patrick Jeudy
Italy/France, Documentary, 52’, 2018.
Guided by the work of Jean-Pierre Mignard and accompanied by the narration of Walter Veltroni, Patrick Jeudy invites us to confront the constructive and visionary spirit of the sixties through the implications – public and private – of the affirmation of a young Bobby Kennedy. The film explores the relationship of RFK with the most incisive figures of the political landscape of the time, the deepest motivations of his personal crusades and the explosion of his popularity until the tragic day of his murder that indelibly marks the end of the American dream.
